The Continental GT 650 faithfully borrows its styling from the original motorcycles of the 1960-70s. The bikes are retro in design and is based on an all-new frame that is developed by RE subsidiary Harris Performance in the UK. The bike measures 1024 mm in height, and have a ground clearance of 174 mm.
The bike’s fuel tank capacity stands at 12.5 litres. It is powered by the brand-new 649cc, air and oil cooled, parallel-twin engine that delivers 47 bhp at 7250 rpm and 52 Nm of peak torque at 5250 rpm.
At the front, the suspension duties are handled by a 41 mm telescopic front forks and twin shock absorbers for the rear suspension. Braking on the bike is taken care by the 320 mm disc at the front and a 240 mm disc at the rear with dual channel ABS as standard.
The 2019 Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 is powered by a 648-cc 4-stroke, Parallel Twin engine that produces 47bhp and 52Nm of torque through a 6-Speed transmission. It does 0-100kph in 12 seconds. And is capable of reaching a top-speed of 160kph.
The Continental GT 650 has a fuel tank capacity of 12.5 litres. It weighs 198kg (dry). In addition to this, the bike also comes with an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).
